Its not all that bad.

Its not all that bad losing a companion/free-time-filler.

I had quite a great day, rotting at home in the morning and eagerly waiting for my parcel of oversized sunglasses to be sent to my home which i bought online. But they never came! Previously on two occasions, the mail man came around 1pm. So today i made sure i stayed home till around 2. But he didn't come!

Then i had to leave my house for school for some industrial training and attachment briefing. So it turned out that i was to be seperated from my Fatty Dor, and Mei Na the Indian. And! On top of that, i couldn't be with Babe Babe, Prissy baby and gang. Well, the industrial training seems kinda fun, considering the fact that we won't be sitting in any lectures, conducting small-scale lab exercise, and most importantly, no more 1.5hrs journey to school! Because the training centre, will of course, be in Jurong. -Big wide smile- I'm quite excited to go into this new phase of school life, where i will finally understand and apply what i've been blindly studying for. Well, if there's anyone who's going on industrial training with me, and is staying (goddamn, fucking) far, feel free to occasionally bunk into my house. I know how you feel, and i'll gladly welcome you.

After the briefing and all, i met up with W in town to have dinner. We had an average dinner at Thai Express, and wonderful/gorgeous/ultimate/awesome desserts at Canelé Pâtisserie Chocolaterie, Paragon.

We had,

Strawberry Shortcake, fresh strawberries layered with crème chantilly and Japanese shortcake laced with kirsch.
The strawberries in the cakes are so huge i tell you! The shortcake is soft and light and doesn't make you too sick.
And. . .

Le Royale, chocolate mousse 66% layered with hazelnut feullitine, almond success and chocolate genoise with rum.
It's so good, it's just so good.
And lastly,
66%, which is 66% dark chocolate ice-cream served with warm liquid ganache, an almond cocoa bean tuile and chunks of cooked chocolate mousse. A must-try for any chocoholic.
This place will definitely be my ultimate dessert place from now on. (:
Walked over to Cine to watch Freedom Writers. This story is so, Coach Carter and that dance movie, (shit i forgot what's it called, ah yes!)Take The Lead. But you kno what? Its so so so much more inspiring and touching! It makes you wanna cry like every 15 minutes of that 2-hour movie. I so love Hilary Swank. I like her rugged image in Million-Dollar Baby. I like her image as a passionate high school teacher too! Its a really good movie, a must-watch.
Oh, i caught W teary-eyed and sniffing away. Boys and their softer sides, ha.
And we cabbed home after that.
When i got home, i saw the notice from the mail man. He came at 4pm. Argh, now i hafta make a trip to the post office! -grumbles-
Now, moving on.
As i've promised in my previous entry, pictures of Titan Ho, my Aaron Kor kor's baby labrador.

He's so cute.

He's so darn cute.
Credits to Elise, cos i stole Titan's pictures from her Friendster. Hee.
-Yawn- Gonna sleep now, gotta hit the gym tomorrow. And getting back to dance, full force! Gonna start popping too!
